5 miles on the bike

I woke up early this morning and decided to go for a ride, 5 miles to be exact. Me legs felt like overcooked spaghetti when I came home. I snapped this photo with my mobile. Today I'm going shopping for kettlebells.

  1. Cool bike. Yeah, the legs feel like pasta for awhile, but that improves quickly. Then, it is an entirely different experience.

    Tell us more about the kettlebells. I've been curious about them.

    midlife_swimmer: It rains a lot over here too, luckally we're going to Cyprus on monday, only for 7 days though.


    I've never tried training with kettlebells but it looks very interesting and you don't need a complete gym. I'm taking some classes when I get back from Cyprus, to learn how to use them without hurting myself, lol. It basically looks like a cannon ball with a handle. Check it out here.
