Motivation and Rain

It's been raining non stop for several days and it's affecting my motivation. Not when it comes to eating right but I haven't been out walking for a few days. I drink a lot of meal replacement shakes to keep my daily intake low. About 3 shakes a day and 1-2 meals. I'm thinking of doing only shakes for a few weeks to get a boost. Any suggestions?
