Nordic Walking

I was reading an interesting post over at 125pounds.com about how to enjoy exercise and came to think of "nordic walking" or "pole walking". I started with it a couple of months ago and I love it. I think you have to try it to understand. It feels like you can go faster and you get a higher pulse since you're working with your arms. Some studies say that you burn up to 30% more calories, don't know if it does but it feels like that could be true.
