Weigh Day

What a lousy day. Excactly the same weight as last week, on the pound. It bothers me because I haven't been eating any junk food what so ever and I've been out walking almost every day. But I can't really do anything about it now. Have to keep on struggling and hope for the best next week. I've also started a swedish version of my blog since it's easier for me to express myself in my native language. However, I'll be posting my progress here too.

  1. Hang in there! I've had weeks like that too. It'll pass. Besides, you're building muscle with all that walking and your body is adapting to change. You held steady and didn't gain any weight, and that's a good thing!
